
No big suprise that bananabread is so popular. It is easy to make and contains only natural ingredients which makes this bread perfect for every moment of the day!
What do you need?
- 3 ripe banana’s
- 180 gram oats, mixed in the kitchenmachine or 180 gram normal flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons coconutoil or butter
- 1,5 spoon milk
- 2 teaspoons bakingpowder
- 3 spoons honey
- 3 spoons raisins
(oats you can find in Biobon and Naturasi, Milan)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a cake tin with coconutoil/butter.
Combine bananas, egg, milk and coconutoil together in a bowl. After you add also the oats/flour, bakingpowder honey and raisins. Mix it all together and pour the mixture into the caketin.
Bake the bananabread in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
