
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. After a whole night without food your body needs energy to start a new day!
It might be not the first meal you think abou but pancakes are perfect for breakfast. There are various ways to make them and I will share the healthy one. They are easy to make and also children love them.
What do you need?
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespons of milk
- 6 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the eggs, banana, and milk together (possible with the hand or kitchenmachine). After you add also the 6 tablespoons oatmeal and 1 teaspoon cinnamon through the dough.
Now you put a little oil in the pan and bake your heathy tasty pancakes a few minutes until they get a little brown.
Variation tips:
Mix a few slices apple or other fruit through the dough or add some nuts and raisins.
