1.Walk and talk
Many phonecalls for work? You don’t have to be glued to your seat. Make it a habit to talk and walk. Do you spent hours calling with friends or your mother? Walk in the same time up an down or take a short walk outside.

2.Morningwalk
Park further away from your building and take a walk to your work. Taking the metro? Get off one stop earlier and walk from the stop.

3.Take the stairs
Living on the 5th floor? Make from your building your gym and take the stairs instead of the elavator.

4.Find sport buddies
Do you find it boring to do sport alone? Find a buddy and make an appointment for a sportactivity. In this case you feel more likely to go.

5.Exercise during Tv Shows
Sitting on the couch watching television? You can easily do a few exersice in the mean time.
